Live horse racing will not take place at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack during the 2026 summer season. Racing will be held at The Downs Racetrack in Albuquerque, while the Billy the Kid Casino, Simulcast wagering, and Cantina dining at Ruidoso Downs continue as usual.
