Get ready for Smokey Bear Day 2024, presented by Smokey Bear Historical Park!
Celebrate Smokey's 80th year as the symbol of fire prevention at the Smokey Bear Historical Park in Capitan, NM, for two days of FREE family entertainment!
Enjoy arts and crafts vendors, delectable food from vendors, a thrilling chainsaw carving contest, and the Fire Fighter Challenge. Bid on Smokey memorabilia at the auction and partake in plenty of kids' activities.
Don't miss the BIG parade on Saturday at 10:00 am and dance the night away to family-friendly tunes at Mick and Renee's Che Palle from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. And, of course, share a slice of cake with the Birthday Bear himself!
