Lincoln Lecture Series: The Violent history of the Lincoln Courthouse at Lincoln Historic Site

The Lincoln Lecture Series during Old Lincoln Days offers another great lecture on August 3rd from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM! Brandon Dixon, a decorated Combat Veteran and historian, will present the violent history of the Lincoln Courthouse. Dixon's accolades include the Bronze Star with Valor, two additional Bronze Star Medals, and The Purple Heart. As a published writer in "The Tombstone Epitaph" and "Wild West Magazine," and a dedicated volunteer at Lincoln Historic Site, Dixon brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his presentation.

Held in the iconic San Juan Bautista Church, this lecture offers a unique opportunity to explore the turbulent past of the courthouse through Dixon's expert storytelling.
