Growing up in a music-loving household in the pre-Silicon Valley Bay Area, Kruse was immersed in the sounds of George Strait, Brandi Carlile, and Patsy Cline, among others. Encouraged by her mother, she began vocal training at just 12 years old, later teaching herself acoustic guitar and performing at local venues. Her music, shaped by themes of heartbreak, loneliness, and tenderness, showcases her deep appreciation for the emotional and technical artistry of country music.
