Over the past ten years, Gillian has been teaching workshops, group and private classes, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and Continuing Education for teachers. She received her Advanced Teacher Certification from Jason Crandall, is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and continues a focused education in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Yoga Philosophy, and Asana studies. Her teaching has been compared to a blend of Kathryn Budig and Jason Crandall, with some Ana Forrest and Iyengar thrown in. She seeks to create physical and mental confidence in her students through a bio-mechanical, anatomy-based approach to yoga. Merging breath-focused movement with alignment-based instruction, she teaches classes that can heal the body and mind. Gillian empowers her students to take these lessons off their mats and into their daily lives for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
