For 50 years, the village of Ruidoso in the southern mountains of New Mexico has hosted riders and enthusiasts for the Golden Aspen (Est. 1969) and AspenCash (Est. 1997) motorcycle rallies. Build & fly your own kite, food & drinks, and kite demonstrations at the White Mountain Sports Complex. Spend a Sunday with family and friends. Do you love rockin’ blues, hot BBQ and ice-cold beer? Then don’t miss the 4th annual Brews, Blues & BBQ on September 21 from Noon – 6 pm. Enjoy some of the tastiest BBQ around and choose from over 200 beers. $25 gets you 10 4-ounce pours of your favorite brews. Plus, enjoy free live music on the lawn next to the beautiful shores of Lake Mescalero.
Each year at the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium there is ALWAYS stellar entertainment, ALWAYS a chuckwagon cook-off, ALWAYS great family fun, and ALWAYS a great exhibition of western wares with over 100 vendors and their unique products for you to buy. Plus mounted shooting competition and equestrian demonstrations.

Join Ruidoso Parks and Rec for Midtown Trick-or-Treating and a Haunted Halloween at Wingfield Park on October 31st from 3:00 - 5:00 PM. There's a costume contest for children 17 and younger. Pumpkin carving, glow necklace, candy and much more. See you there!
Don't miss this lively annual community Day of the Dead celebration in Lincoln, NM, honoring the stories, lives, and legacies of those who passed away. Come and join the fun with music, dance, family activities, face painting, altar-offerings, arts and crafts, plus food and drink. This community event is free to the public.
Embrace the season and join the Ruidoso Greeters for a timeless and treasured tradition, the Christmas Jubilee at the Ruidoso Convention Center. Admission is only $2.00 and active military are free.
Beautifully lit and fantastically festive, the Festival of Lights–Parade of Lights starts at 5:30 pm from the corner of Sudderth/Mechem, through Midtown. The Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Toys for Tots and encourage everyone to bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Parade of Lights. During the parade Toys for Tots will have a float and will be collecting toys. Marines will be walking along the float picking up the toys that are brought to the parade.
